William Biros

Welcome Home

Bill is a life-long Chicago Southsider, attending St. Sabina grade school and Leo High School. Upon graduating from St. Joseph College in Rensselaer, Indiana, Bill taught and coached basketball at Mendel High School and then spent 5 years as a special agent for the Illinois Bureau of Investigation.

Bill started his real estate career in 1977 in the Evergreen Park/Beverly area. In the early ‘80’s, he specialized in commercial real estate.

Bill founded Biros Real Estate in 1982, joined the Prudential Real Estate network in 1996 and became an affiliate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2014. Despite being the President and Managing Broker, Bill still works with buyers and sellers on a daily basis.

For close to 40 years, the “Biros” name has been synonymous with ethical and professional real estate service.
